Project completed in October 2019, consisting of the remodeling of the lobby and the exterior walkway of a residential tower.

• Function performed
Architectural design, General Contractor and interior design.

• Intervened elements
Change of electrical supply, lights, divisions in blocks and glass, change of floors, ceilings, wall cladding, painting, doors and wood restoration.

• Challenges and Achievements
Work had to be done while keeping the entrance and lobby for the tower's residents in service. The project was successfully delivered.
