Project completed in January 2020, consisting of the remodeling of the facade and lobby of a residential tower.

Architectural design, General Contractor and interior design.

Metal structures, coatings, ceilings, waterproofing, lights, signs, paint, portage and glass.

• Challengens and Achievements

Work had to be done while keeping the entrance and lobby for the tower's residents in service. The project was successfully delivered.
