Project completed in October 2017, consisting of the adaptation of 40 m2 of offices for a talent agency.

Architectural design, General Contractor and interior design.

Soundproofing of walls, change of floors, glass divisions, ceilings, repair of ductwork system, lighting and painting.

• Challenges and Achievements

The place could only be intervened during the nights and weekends and work had to be done while the other premises in the apartment were active. Despite this, we managed to deliver the project on time.
