Hall Common Area Floor 24

Project completed in June 2019, consisting of the adaptation of 115 m2 of common corridor on the 24th floor of the Blue Mall.

• Function performed

Architectural design and General Contractor.

• Intervened elements

Electrical supply systems for premises, chilled water pipes, adaptation of fire suppression sprinklers, construction of ceilings, luminaires and marble floors.

• Challenges and Achievements

The place could only be intervened during the nights and weekends and work had to be done while the other premises in the apartment were active. Despite this, we managed to deliver the project on time.
