Branch Office and Call Center Entidad Bancaria

Project completed in December 2021, consists of the adaptation both inside and outside of an area of 1100
m2 for
operational offices (Call Center) and a Branch for a Bank entity, this building is capable of occupying
around 300
employees.
• Function performed
Management of the construction of the work and supervision of the furnishing.
• Intervened elements
Power supply systems, installation of power plant and dry transformer, sanitary systems, construction of
low ceilings,
floors, coatings, lighting, light divisions, masonry divisions, structural reinforcements in metallic
structures, doors,
glass divisions, detection system of fire, uncontrolled access system, security and painting cameras,
general cabinetry,
waterproofing, asphalt parking, acclimatization system and finishes.
• Challenges and Achievements
Even though the entire building had to be reinforced, the project was completed in 4 months.
